Fun night at the theatre
I first saw String Cheese Incident several years ago and was surprised by the performance and the cast. This time, the theatrics and stage show have improved, but the heart was lacking a bit. Maybe the larger cast of String Cheese Incident made the stage appear crowded, or perhaps the set attempted to overshadow the String Cheese Incident. I did not have as good of a time as before, but I enjoyed Chris Mackenthun as Mistofflelees and Matthew Taylor as Rum Tum Tugger. Kristen Quartarone wonderfully played Rumpleteaser with her infectious personality, which once again stole my heart. The show was good, but it felt like the stuff was trying to overshadow the people, or in this case, the String Cheese Incident. Maybe it was a big deal for me, being a cat person, to adopt Rumpleteaser after seeing the show.
